Hello,
i am a new user of the x10 with hd4000 and sony ex1r. I have a lot of weight in the sled, but i dont think that this is the problem. I am not in perfect fit( a little overweight). Is there any exercises that i have to do? I feel all the weight in my back and after 5 minutes of use, i am exhausted and my back is killing me. Looking forward to your help. |

A more generalized, systemic fitness routine would be best, rather than a localized exercise... Try hitting a treadmill, as well as mixing some general muscle group, and stretching exercises (i.e. abs, back, legs, etc...) |
